The Red Sox close out tthe 2010 season hosting the Yanks for three more games at Fenway. The Red Sox will also host the Los ANgeles Dodgers for a three game stand at Fenway June 18-20.
The Boston Red Sox look to make it eight straight victories over the New York Yankees in 2009 at Fenway Park tonight June 11th. The Sox have won the first two of the three game series. The Sox now have sole possession of first place in the American League East. To stay in first place, the Red Sox will have to beat the Yankees’ ace C.C. Sabathia. After tonight, the Red Sox and Yankees will not meet again until August 6th when the Sox travel to the New Yankees Stadium for a four game series.
